Brief description of the role

To provide administrative support to a busy team, including record management, customer services and all aspects if administrative duties in the team.

Main Duties & responsibilities

Main duties will include but not be limited to:-

  • undertake a development programme leading to a National Vocational Qualification as part of an apprenticeship.

  • actively participate in their own development plan which will be agreed with the line manager and the assessor from the training provider.

  • take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.

  • undertake other duties commensurate to the grade of the post.

  • use information technology systems to carry out duties in the most efficient and effective manner.

  • undertake training and constructively take part in meetings, supervision, seminars and other events designed to improve communication and assist with the effective development of the post and post holder.

Other Requirements

  • A-C grades or equivalent in Maths and English. Good communication. Good IT skills.

  • Confident, flexible and passionate about doing a job well.

  • Committed to the role and your apprenticeship.

  • Able to work as part of a team and understand the need for confidentiality.

  • Punctual and proactive.
