IN CASE OF FIRE ALARM / EVACUATION

• LEAVE THE BUILDING THROUGH THE NEAREST FIRE EXITS.
• Assemble on the pavement at the front corner of the UEC building away from the gate and car park.  
• During Mon-Fri between 9:00 - 17:00 contact 01706 630140 / or report to Reception in the UEC building. 
• For evening and weekend booking please contact Haroon on 07898821234 in case of emergency.
• DO NOT GO BACK INTO THE BUILDING UNTIL IT IS CONFIRMED SAFE TO DO SO

To ensure the safety of all persons using the building and its facilities it is important that we do not exceed the numbers stated below, these include attendees, organisers, caterers and others.

Full Hall: 

Theatre style (chairs only) 100 persons, half hall 50 persons

Conference style (tables/seating) 100 persons, half hall 50 persons

Dining room, NOT for separate hire maximum number of persons at any one time 25
